At The Jojoba Company, we want you to love your natural skincare journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Ship to Australia HQ
Affix the provided return label or address the parcel to our Sydney facility and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
